Pump:

Hydraulic washing out:

The water wash tip is a removable part of the suction pipe. It has 4-6 nozzles of various diameters under different slopes, which allows the funnel to erode in clay soil more than the diameter of the suction pipe around the tip circumference. Unit power 15 kW, flow 80 m3/ hour at a pressure of up to 80 m

Cutter unit:

The cutter ripper is mounted on the milling shaft with a screw thread. Cutter drive from a 20 kW hydraulic motor, adjustable speed from 0 to 50 rpm. The hydraulic motor is mounted on the cutter.

The front end of the cutter device provides with a front plate and a removable suction tip of a special shape with a nominal surface area of about 125% of the surface of the suction pipe. The suction pipe is also mounted to the cutter mechanism. The wall thickness of the suction tip is 10 mm, comes with a mesh, the passage is slightly less than that of the pump capacity. The diameter of the cutter is 800 mm, the weight of the unit is about 500 kg.

The cutter is designed for cleaning vegetation from a reservoir, such as reeds, roots of reeds, algae and small shrubs (diameter up to 2 cm), as well as soil up to category 4th .

Side winches

To rotate the dredger, side winches with electric drive in front of the cab are installed.

Side ropes pass through a pulley on pontoons and are connected to anchors.

• The weight of one assembly section is about 150 kg.

The minimum bending radius is 20 diameters, i.e. 75 m of the pipeline can be closed in a ring. Allowable pressure - 10 kg/cm2

The coastal  pipeline consists of:

• Polyethylene pipe: diameter 200 mm, 11 m long. The connection of the sections to each other is flange.

• A set of bolts and nuts for connecting pipes to each other.

• The weight of one assembly section is about 150 kg.

The minimum bending radius is 20 diameters, i.e. 75 m of the pipeline can be closed in a ring. Allowable pressure - 10 kg/cm2
